all design discounts are passed on to you; this means that frequently our fee is paid partially or in full by the money you save working with us

1 - quick refresh: Perfect for anyone with difficult, awkward rooms, selling their home, downsizing, combining households, or if you’re just a little bored. We re-arrange your furniture and accessories to create better flow and a fabulous new feel on a very limited budget. Frequently we can re-do a room in 2 hours.

2 – paint selection: Want to re-paint but are afraid to choose a color? We can help! Based on your preferences and the amount of natural light in your room, we pick the perfect wall color to refresh and renew your room or home.

3 – accessory selection: Perfect for anyone who wants a new look and feel in one room or the whole house but doesn’t want to replace the large more costly items (like sofas, etc). We assess your budget and what items (new art, pillows, throws, rugs, flowers, etc.) will give you the change you want. Then you can shop with a shopping list created just for you and place those items yourself, or we can shop and place them for you.

4 – gallery wall/art placement: Want to hang a group of family photos, a collage of paintings, have a cool artifact that you don’t know what to do with, or just don’t know where to showcase your favorite piece of art? This service is for you! We place your art, photos, etc., at the perfect height and location for both the art and the room it resides in.

5 – space planning: Perfect for anyone who has space that doesn’t work efficiently or effectively for how you want to live. We measure your space and generate floor plans for furniture layouts, moving appliances and opening up kitchens, moving walls, creating closet space, new concepts for bathrooms, etc.

6 – finish selections: This service is for those who are remodeling and need to select hard surface finishes like tiles, flooring, cabinet color/wood species, fireplace surrounds, counters, etc. We assess the style or look/feel you want to achieve, then we provide samples of materials for you to select your favorites. We can also go to tile stores, granite yards, stone quarries, etc. with you to help you sort through the multitude of options so the end result to your remodel is everything you’d hoped it would be...fabulous!

7 – furniture selection/custom furniture: If you’re in the market for new furniture there are so many choices, and whether it’s one new piece or a whole house full, it’s important to make sure it’s going to live up to your expectations. We help to ascertain the look/feel you want and how to achieve it. We make a plan, choose colors, fabrics, styles and sizes. We place and track your furniture orders, both with stores and through catalogues. We can also order custom made pieces with talented local craftsman. When they arrive, we deliver and place each new piece in your home for a cohesive and beautiful result.
